Life in modern society isn’t always easy—it comes with challenges like depression, social anxiety, traumatic experiences, or a lack of direction. Everyday stress can amplify these struggles, putting our mental health at risk.

PSYCHEDELIC BREATH is a powerful breathwork practice that helps you enter expanded states of consciousness, experience visions, release tension, quiet your inner critic, and create deep emotional awareness.

The event is guided by psychologist Roxana from @thehealingberlin. For her events, Roxana collaborates with DJs from her music artist network, including the DJ duo @kalea_music_berlin, who have brought their sound to Burning Man and possess a deep understanding of crafting immersive soundscapes designed for breathwork experiences. The DJ for this event will be announced on social media shortly before the event.

PREPARATION
- Please be there on time. Doors will be open around 30 minutes vefore event start. No entry after the event has started!
- Wear comfortable clothing.
- Bring something to drink (e.g., tea) and a blanket/scarf for warmth.
- Avoid heavy meals 1.5 hours before the session.
- There is a comfortable carpet and meditation cushions at the venue. Please bring your own yoga mat if you prefer that.

PSYCHEDELIC BREATH is a powerful breathing exercise that is not recommended for certain conditions: pregnancy, epilepsy, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, clinical anxiety, or recent surgery. By attending this event, you confirm that you are healthy to participate.
