Deep Rest For Winter Full Day Retreat
Are you in need of a rest? Especially after the chaos on the Festive season then come join me for a full day of deep rest and nourishment for your mind, body and soul as we dive into the fullness of Winter and allow her to hold us and teach us the gentle yet powerful art of pause and stillness.
Saturday 25th January 2025, 10.30am to 5pm @ Sage Yoga Studio with myself and Rachel Barnett
The day will include:
❄️ Opening Circle
❄️ Elemental Qigong to Support the kidneys and connect to our deepest wisdom/ nurture our Jing Qi (essence)
❄️ Acupressure to settle and sooth.
❄️ Gentle Restorative Slow Yoga and Daoist Meditation
❄️ Time for reflection community connection and Journalling
❄️ Seasonal nourishing Plant based lunch
❄️ Short Guided Mindful river walk
❄️ Afternoon Gong Bath as a sound healing journey with an opportunity to immerse yourself in the sacred vibrational medicine that sound offers.
❄️ Gentle emergence into Mindful Tea and closing Circle
