Why not join me for this beautiful weekend In Glastonbury for time to connect to the sacred land of Avalon and practice Seasonal Spring Alignment Yoga and Meditation together in the community on this intimate Retreat.
With exclusive use of a beautiful private house based at the foothills of the Ancient and Mystical Tor and fully guided program of sacred sites, Yoga and Meditation, plus time to just ‘be’ and rest in the pulse of the Earth’s Heart.

❤️Full programme of Trauma Informed Yoga, Qigong and Meditation Specialising in Mindful Movement for Mental Health and Nervous System Regulation though Somatic Enquiry and Safe Embodiment Practices.
