For one weekend only, the Historical Village becomes the place to be for anyone who has ever wanted to cheer on a joust, hear a cannon boom, meet a Viking or climb aboard a historic military vehicle.
Normal long weekend plans? Never! Here’s what’s on:
⚔️ Cheer on a medieval jousting tournament with charging horses and clashing lances
⚔️ Wander through Viking camps with cooking, blacksmithing, hands-on demos
⚔️ Feel the boom of cannon fire, musketry and military drills shaking up the Village
⚔️ Watch armoured combat up close with reenactors
⚔️ Climb aboard antique military vehicles and get a closer look at history on wheels
⚔️ Look to the skies for a WW2-era North American Harvard flyover
⚔️ Meet living history groups from across the centuries
⚔️ Browse a marketplace filled with whimsical and historical finds
