WHAT IS CYANOTYPE PRINTING?
Have you ever made art using the SUN?
Cyanotype is a beautiful photographic printing technique that uses sunlight to create stunning blue-and-white artwork!
It’s surprisingly simple, relaxing, and so much fun!
You’ll learn how to arrange flowers, leaves, plants, and other objects onto special light-sensitive paper, expose your design to sunlight, and rinse it with water to reveal your very own beautiful blue print!
WHAT CAN YOU CREATE?
Beautiful botanical prints using real flowers and leaves
Butterfly silhouettes, patterns, and creative designs
Personalized artwork, greeting cards, and gifts
Unique compositions using objects, photographs, and your imagination!
Every print is different, and watching your artwork transform into those beautiful deep-blue colors is one of the most exciting parts!
It’s a little bit of art, photography, science, and sunshine all in one class!
Whether you’re looking for a new hobby, want to try something completely different, or simply enjoy spending time being creative, we’d love to have you!
Bring a friend, family member, or come on your own. Everyone is welcome!
