Join us for this popular class taught by Navdeep and hosted by the Ellerslie, Knottwood & Horizon Community Leagues!Suitable for all bodies and experience levels (including beginners), this hatha and vinayasa flow-style yoga class will focus on reducing stress/anxiety, building body strength, immunity and flexibility.
Thursday evenings, February 26 to May 14 (10 weeks, no class on April 2 and May 7)
7 to 8 pm
Register for the 10 week class or play the weekly drop-in rate.
CL members: $75 for 10 wk class ($7.5/class)
Non-members: $95 for 10 wk class ($9.5/class)
