Sound Bath Sunday - 3rd Sunday of each Month

An Immersive Sound Therapy Experience.

This Event is Part of the Centre For Spiritual Living Community Connection Gatherings

Date: 3rd Sunday of each month

Time: 6:00 - 7:30 pm

Note: 14 years old and over

Cost: Love Offering (There will be a cash donation box as well as a debit machine available at the event)

Doors Open at 5:40 pm and will be locked at 6:00 pm so as not to disturb those in attendance.

Please bring with you anything that would make you comfortable during this sound exploration. We will have the opportunity to go into a very deep state of relaxation, which can induce a transcendental state. This is not the goal, nor is it required.

Each person will be invited to participate to the level of their own desire or comfort. If you find yourself having a transcendental experience, rest assured that you will be brought fully back into your present consciousness before the sound bath comes to a close.

There will be lots of floor space as well as padded chairs available. Please wear comfortable clothing, and consider the following suggestions on what you may want to bring.

Suggested items to bring:
- Water Bottle (non-spilling)
- Meditation Cushion or pillow
- Yoga mat or padding to lay on
- your journal, or paper and a writing utensil. (You may receive insights or messages that you want to remember)

Info: We take our time grounding and coming back fully to our bodies. During this time we will have a small break and some time to write any insights into our journal or stretch. There will be an opportunity to share what you have experienced with the rest of the group as well as hear about others experiences as we build community and connections with one another.
