Welcome to Yoga on Tap YEG at Longroof Brewing Co.
A MINDFUL BEER TASTING YOGA CLASS
Come practice yoga while enjoying a beer tasting. Tickets includes a flight of beer and a guided yoga class accompanied by an intentional mixtape. Our OG yogi Sarah Hatter will guide you through the class while she conducts your breath with your body to some beats. As you move through the practice Sarah will guide you when to smell and taste the beer as she describes each flavour. This in-person event is the perfect way to unwind and connect with fellow yogis in a laid-back setting. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, all levels are welcome. Don't miss out on this unique experience!
Gluten Free & Non-Alcoholic options available
Please bring your own yoga mat, wear comforatble clothes and arrive 10 min early to pick up your flight and get yourself settled.
