About This Workshop
In this workshop, participants will explore practical, evidence-informed strategies to design classroom spaces and learning experiences that support students with ADHD while benefiting all learners.
This session is grounded in neurodevelopmental approach, focusing on how environment, movement, and cognitive load impact attention, regulation, and learning.
Facilitated by our Senior Educator, Lea Lavy and our Lead Educator, Christine Dibben.
Who Can Attend?
This workshop is for Teachers, Educational Assistants, and School Leadership.
Learning Goals of This Workshop:
- Understand how ADHD impacts attention, regulation, and executive functioning.
- Consider how classroom design influences student behavior and learning.
- Design a classroom layout and routines that support diverse learners.
- Identify strategies to reduce cognitive overload and increase engagement for students.
