Sound Bath - An Immersive Sound Therapy Experience3rd Sunday of each month from 6:00 - 7:30 pm

Please bring with you anything that would make you comfortable during this sound exploration. We will have the opportunity to go into a very deep state of relaxation, which can induce a transcendental state. This is not the goal, nor is it required.
Each person will be invited to participate to the level of their own desire or comfort. If you find yourself having a transcendental experience, rest assured that you will be brought fully back into your present consciousness before the sound bath comes to a close.
There will be lots of floor space as well as padded chairs available. Please wear comfortable clothing, and consider the following suggestions on what you may want to bring:
- Water Bottle (non-spilling)
- Meditation Cushion or pillow
- Yoga mat or padding to lay on
- your journal, or paper and a writing utensil. (You may receive insights or messages that you want to remember)
