This Heart Space Breathwork session is a guided journey designed to help you release stress, reconnect with your center, and restore balance to your body, mind, and spirit.

Through conscious, connected breathing, we move out of the noise of the mind and into the wisdom of the heart — softening tension, opening to presence, and remembering our innate calm and clarity.

Whether this is your first breathwork experience or you’ve joined before, you are more than welcome to join us. This is a space of compassion, authenticity, and renewal.

What to Expect:

This session is by donation, offered in the spirit of reciprocity. Contributions of $5–$25 are welcome and help sustain these community offerings. If you're unable to donate - please come anyway and offer your presence and participation.

Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can lie down and relax. Have water, a blanket, and a journal nearby.

Colbee is a seasoned facilitator who has helped guide hundreds of people over her decades of experience in natural therapeutics, bodywork, energy medicine, ministry, breathwork facilitation, numerology, and shamanic practices. Colbee's passion is working with people who are going through big transitions or experiencing an awakening process. She loves to help people break out of victimhood and embrace their power.
