This 4-week program is designed to help participants build a sustainable yoga practice by focusing on four essential pillars of health and wellbeing: Breath, Spine, Core, and Alignment.
Each week explores one pillar through a combination of practical education, mindful movement, breathing techniques, and simple lifestyle habits that can be integrated into everyday life. The goal is not simply to learn yoga poses, but to develop greater awareness, resilience, and wellbeing both on and off the mat.
Program Includes:
- 3 Breathing Practices (Pranayama) to improve focus, energy, and nervous system regulation.
- 10 Foundational Yoga Postures (Asanas) designed around the week’s theme.
- 5 Practical Health Tips participants can immediately apply to daily life.
- Guided relaxation and reflection to help integrate the practice.
