Sacred Stillness: Healing Sound Bath & Heart-Opening Meditation

Join us for a deeply immersive meditation and sound healing session designed to expand your awareness and open your heart to gratitude. In this gentle yet powerful experience, you’ll be guided through a meditation that magnifies appreciation, clarity, and self-love—allowing you to release what no longer serves you and step into a space of openness and expansion.

We’ll conclude with a 30-minute channeled sound bath, using soothing vibrations to integrate your experience, deepen your relaxation, and align your energy. Sound baths use vibrations from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to help relax the mind, release tension, and promote a meditative state. This integration phase allows you to fully absorb the benefits of your meditation, deepening relaxation and energetic alignment.

Whether you’re new to meditation or have a regular practice, this session is an opportunity to reconnect, realign, and bask in the limitless light and love that you are.
