Perfect for beginners and seasoned meditators alike. Come as you are and experience the magic of sound healing in a cozy, welcoming space. Don’t miss this chance to relax, recharge, and reconnect!


Enjoy a Cacao Ceremony and melt into your meditation and grounding.


Will have optional contrast therapy available. Come join in the infrared sauna and cold plunge.


There will be teas and bracelets available for sale after the first one is included with the event.
