A guided creative practice that blends neuroscience and art to help release stress, rewire thought patterns, and create inner coherence.
About this Event

A little art. A little mindfulness. A fresh perspective.

Ever notice how your thoughts can feel tangled?

Sometimes our minds get so busy trying to figure everything out that what we really need is a different way to explore what's going on inside.

What if you could give those tangled thoughts somewhere to go?

Join us for a relaxing, creative experience that combines mindful drawing, self-reflection, and a little curiosity about how our minds work.

Through Neurographic Art, you'll transform simple lines and shapes into a unique piece of artwork while exploring a challenge, emotion, or intention that's meaningful to you.

As you draw, round intersections, and connect shapes, you'll be invited to slow down, shift your attention, and discover new ways of looking at familiar thoughts.

There's no need to make something beautiful, meaningful, or even recognizable. Sometimes the magic is simply in the process.

What to expect

During this 75-minute guided experience, you'll:

  • Unwind your mind: Enjoy a calming, meditative drawing practice that gives your attention somewhere to settle.
  • Explore your inner world: Bring a thought, feeling, challenge, or intention into your creative process.
  • Get into the flow: Experiment with lines, shapes, and colors without worrying about getting anything right.
  • Discover new perspectives: Notice what emerges when you approach familiar thoughts through creativity rather than analysis.
  • Create something uniquely yours: Leave with a piece of art that reflects your personal experience.

Is this class for me?

Absolutely! You don't need to know how to draw.

In fact, artistic talent is completely irrelevant here. Perfectionism isn't invited, either.

This experience is especially wonderful for curious minds, busy thinkers, and anyone who wants to explore mindfulness but finds traditional meditation a little challenging.

Come on your own or bring a friend. You'll be guided through the process step by step, with plenty of room to make it your own.

Meet your facilitator

Tisse Mallon is a mindfulness educator and facilitator who blends emotional intelligence, applied neuroscience, creativity, and playful exploration to help people experience greater peace and empowerment.

Their approach emphasizes curiosity over perfection, self-discovery over getting things right, and the belief that personal growth can actually be enjoyable.

Come with a busy mind. Leave with a colorful creation and perhaps a little more space to breathe.

All art materials are provided. No previous art or meditation experience is necessary.
