Celebrating 250 Years of Independence — Yoga, Meditation & Community
About this Event
America turns 250. Let's mark it together — in stillness, in gratitude, and in community.
On Saturday, August 8, 2026, Heartfulness invites you to The King Center in Atlanta to celebrate 250 years of American independence. It's a morning of yoga, meditation, reflection, and shared food — a chance to honor what freedom means, not just as history, but as something we practice.
Freedom of the heart is where every other freedom begins. Join us as we come together as neighbors to mark this milestone.

Heartfulness Atlanta hosts regular meditation sessions, yoga, and community gatherings across the metro area. Our aim is simple: to help people find a quieter, steadier center within themselves, and to bring that steadiness into the communities they share. Learn more at heartfulness.org.
