Candlelight Yin & Sound Meditation

This 75-minute experience weaves 45 minutes of long-held Yin postures with the rich, grounding resonance of live cello performed by internationally acclaimed cellist Dave Eggar. As the body softens into sustained shapes, the sound moves through connective tissue, breath, and awareness, creating space not only in the joints, but within the nervous system. Following the Yin, transition into a gentle restorative shape to allow the body to settle and be guided into an extended live cello sound meditation, inviting deep rest and resonance through the whole body.
