About Anne:

Anne Meiser, RYT 200 believes in the power of the body to transform the mind in unexpected ways.  An accomplished yogi, athlete and instructor, she teaches a variety of genres including vinyasa, sculpt and restorative yoga.  She believes yoga can be a solid foundation for life’s physical and spiritual journeys.  Her classes challenge students to strengthen their bodies and open their minds as a pathway to inner strength.  Anne is an Instructor Trainer, certified Oxygen Advantage Coach, wife and mother to three daughters, loves fishing, crabbing and oyster gardening.
