I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2020 and have been teaching for over five years. I discovered yoga during my undergraduate studies in music therapy, where it became a meaningful tool for mindfulness and body awareness.

As both a yoga and music teacher, I enjoy working with people of all ages and stages of life. My classes focus on mindful movement, breath awareness, and creating a grounded, supportive space. I also like to incorporate sound healing instruments to enhance relaxation and deepen the practice.
