The Regulated Heart: A Self-Love Intro Watercolor Experience
Schedule
Wed Apr 08 2026 at 07:00 pm to 08:30 pm
UTC-04:00Location

In this guided watercolor experience, participants are invited into a calming, creative space designed to gently regulate the nervous system while exploring identity, softness, strength, and the beautiful complexity of being human.
Through intentional color, mindful breathing, and reflective pauses woven throughout the experience, participants are guided into a slower rhythm especially one that supports awareness, presence, and emotional steadiness. The heart-centered creative process invites curiosity and compassion, reminding us that even the parts of ourselves we question or hide still belong.
No experience is necessary. There will be gentle watercolor, moments of laughter and discovery, during and after the workshop. This is not about painting perfectly. It is about softening control, becoming curious, and remembering that wholeness is not the absence of fragments.
Expect grounding breathwork, meaningful reflection, interactive prompts, and a creative flow that feels both light and unexpectedly powerful. You may come feeling scattered but you will leave feeling steadier. Participants leave with a one-of-a-kind watercolor piece and a renewed sense of connection to themselves and to one another. Can't wait to see you!
