Free Loudoun County Community Kettlebell Strength Training (Every Saturday)
About This Event
Join us every Saturday morning for a free community kettlebell strength training session at Method Health Club in Ashburn, VA — held OUTSIDE on the green!
Entrance to the training area is through the side wooden gate along the back of the building.
This weekly outdoor workout is designed for all levels — from beginners to experienced lifters — and focuses on building functional strength, mobility, and real conditioning using just one powerful tool: the kettlebell.
What to Bring
- Your own kettlebell (we’ll have a few extras on hand, but the primary focus is for you to bring your kettlebell with you)
- Sweatshirt, gloves, and anything you need for the weather — we train outdoors!
- Water and towel
We only cancel in case of heavy rain — a light sprinkle won’t stop us!

What you can expect if you attend the free KB Saturday sessions weekly.
-become more highly aware of strength skills using the KB (applicable to many other tools as well)
-learn training session pacing to find that training (as a busy adult) should give you more than it takes from you. This is what gets you better.
-learn KB exercises that you can do in short 10-20 min sessions throughout the week
-get a good training session each Saturday
About your coach
Brian is a 25-year vet in the strength coaching business. He has been a kettlebell expert and national instructor since 2008. He now serves as Virginia’s only member of leadership on the board at StrongFirst School of Strength. (StrongFirst.com)
