Boston Parks Summer Fitness Series Strength & Balance

Join Jacqui for an hour of movement focused on strength building as well as balance and coordination.

Participants will be utilizing chairs, light hand weights and exercise balls to build muscle, strengthen hand and eye coordination as well as have fun. Exercises are intended to mimic everyday uses to keep an active and independent lifestyle. Music and light meditation are also included. This is a great way to stay connected to your mind and body as well as staying connected to your community and having a social outlet.

All levels are welcome and encouraged!
