Take a moment to pause and take a breath, through experiencing blindfolded Yin Yoga. If you need recharging, this is a perfect way to ground your senses through a slow, gentle reset. Release known and unknown tension by moving your body and using breathwork to give back to the body that carries you daily. Let's reset.

Meet Your Host: Nicola
Nicola of Namaste Nicola is a dedicated yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience, teaching across Australia and New Zealand. With over 300 hours of training internationally, her gentle approach is soulful, grounded in yoga philosophy.
She creates a space that is calm and nurturing, helping students calm down and rest deeply to reconnect themselves through practices such as yoga nidra, hatha and yin yoga.
