A space intentionally created for solace and comfort - with cosy blankets, cushions, candlelight, and warmth to gently hold you like a soft cocoon.
An opportunity to slow down, settle your nervous system, and feel supported and nourished through the depths of winter’s longest night.
This two-part experience begins with Alexandra guiding you through gentle movement and a ceremonial cacao journey to bring warmth as you unwind, ground into the present moment, and reconnect within.
From this centred space, Nicola will lead you through a reflective meditation and Golden Winter Sun Activation, welcoming the returning light.
This Winter Solstice gathering weaves together:
• Ceremonial-grade cacao to open the heart and support relaxation
• Gentle movement to soften and nurture the body
• Sacred drumming
• Intention setting ritual
• Guided meditation and activation journey
• Reflection, grounding, and deep rest
Arrive just as you are and leave feeling connected and replenished.
Even within the darkest night, there is wisdom to receive as the light slowly begins to return. ✨
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• Wear comfortable clothing — warm, cosy socks too!
• Bring a cushion or two and a blanket. The more comfy you are, the better. (The venue has some yoga mats, cushions, and blankets available to use.)
• Bring an eye mask or eye pillow if you have one — a few spares will also be available
• Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in
• Bring an open heart and mind
