SoulFeast ~ A Concious Night Out!

SoulFeast is our weekly gathering of live kirtan, good food, and good company.

There’s uplifting kirtan (live mantra music), a few reflections to take with you, and a hearty plant-based dinner that changes every week — always tasty, always satisfying!

It’s an affordable night out and a great place to meet new people. The room fills, the music builds, and before long, people are dancing to the mantras.

Just a room full of good sorts enjoying the night together.

Come by. Grab a plate. Join the mix.

Most people show up once out of curiosity.

Next thing you know, they’re back the following week.

You’ll head home with a full belly and a lighter mood. 🎶

SoulFeast starts at 6:15pm, however we have an optional Vinyasa Yoga session with Muni on Sundays at 4:15pm, which also includes access to SoulFeast at 6:15 pm- What a steal!
