This fortnightly session is a little different from a traditional yoga class. It’s designed to help you feel good inside and out through a blend of movement, soothing sound, breath, and deep relaxation. You’ll experience movement sequences that gently challenge your coordination, strength, and flexibility whilst leaving you feeling more mobile and free in your body. Breath and sound help to calm your nervous system, and the session finishes with deep relaxation so you can carry that sense of ease into your week.
