On this threshold moment, as nature gently calls us inward, we join together to honour the longest night of the year.
In this special Yoga Nidra, we respect the beauty of the pause. You’ll be guided into a deeply restful state between waking and sleeping, where the body can fully release, the nervous system can unwind, and the mind can settle into spacious awareness.
Through breath, body sensing, and subtle imagery, we’ll rest in the richness of the dark - not as something to move through,
but as something to be held by.
This is a practice of deep nourishment, quiet reflection, and inner listening
Come wrapped in warmth, bring anything that helps you feel held, and allow yourself to be guided into profound rest.
There will be an amazing plant-based dinner & dessert afterwards - all included in your ticket!
Meet Nicola, your host
Nicola of Namaste Nicola is a dedicated yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience teaching across Australia and New Zealand. With more than 300 hours of training with international teachers, her approach is gentle, soulful, and deeply grounded in yoga philosophy. Nicola creates a calm and nurturing space where students can slow down, rest deeply, and reconnect with themselves through practices such as yoga nidra, hatha, and yin yoga.
