Black Joy x Creative Wellness: Yoga & Ceramics

We’re so excited to announce our next event with two incredible guest facilitators!

This special gathering brings together yoga, meditation, and ceramics in a grounding and supportive environment designed to encourage rest, connection, and creativity.

Together, we’ll explore how mindful movement and creative practices can support our wellbeing, self-expression, and collective care.

What to Expect

Yoga with Coco: A grounding all-levels yoga practice to help you reconnect with your body, breath, and inner calm.

Mindful Ceramics with Salma, Earthworks: A reflective and creative clay session exploring ceramics as ritual and self-care.

Community Connection: Time to socialise, unwind, and connect.

With the support of the THINC Fund, this event is offered on a donation basis (pay what you can) to help make wellness practices more accessible to the BIPOC community.

Come as you are and enjoy an afternoon of gentle movement, mindful making, and soulful connection 🤎

For Black, Brown and Indigenous People of Colour (All genders welcome).

Spaces are limited and available on a donation basis.
