We use the Hoop to get a low impact total body workout.. Hooping burns BIG calories. it's low impact, utilizes 30 CORE MUSCLES, enhances balance & hand to eye coordination & its great for the cardio.

This Low impact Class is ideal if you want to ease back into exercising and need a slower pace to get it done. We use the Hoop to get a total body workout.

Class focus is on successful waist hooping, plus core strength, balance & stretching.

We use large slow spinning Hoops to enhance instant success. In addition, light weight Off body Hoops are used for toning the arms and improving hand to eye coordination, plus speed & agility.

If you're a Scardy Car, haven't exercised recently, or if you've never been able to Hula Hoop then this class maybe a good match for you !
