Reiki Level I focuses on self-healing and is ideal for students looking to heal their physical and emotional bodies. This includes learning different ways to restore and balance your energy as well as applying Reiki as a daily practice. During Reiki Level I you will learn about the history of Reiki, how it works, how to scan your body for blockages in the energy field, self-treatment, scanning for others, and learning standard hand placements. The course includes attunements (placements) which is high frequency energy healing given in a meditative experience. You will receive course materials and resources including a special gift to aid in your healing process. Journaling your experience and having time for discussions will also be part of this class.
