The course is suitable for those who have already taken a beginner's foundation course in Ashtanga yoga with us or at another yoga school, and who wish to continue within a guided class format instead of, or in parallel with, Mysore classes. The course is also recommended to people who have previously practiced Ashtanga but have taken a break and need to refresh their memory.
At each session, you are guided through all or part of the standing sequence of the Ashtanga Yoga Primary series. Then you get a chance to continue the practice at your own pace under the guidance of the teacher.
Time and day: Wednesdays at 17:30-19:00, starting 8/4-2026 (8- sessions)
Price: 1250 SEK (student and senior discount is available)
