Welcome to “A journey into connection” - an A.U.M. meditation experience where we explore the deep, embodied expression of human emotions. We begin with a short introduction and a few simple exercises to help everyone arrive and feel at ease. This gentle warm‑up prepares you to enter the A.U.M. with openness.
The A.U.M. Meditation then guides us through 14 emotional themes — from anger and forgiveness to joy, sadness, sensuality and silence — in a structured, supportive and often surprisingly fun social process. You’re free to express yourself in ways that everyday life rarely allows, always with a trained facilitator ensuring safety and respect. (More explanation about the A.U.M. meditation further down)
We finish with a sharing and some gentle after‑care. For those who wish to stay, we then enjoy a communal lunch together. If you’d like to join, simply bring something small to add to the table — everything is welcome.
This shared meal is part of the experience: a relaxed moment to unwind, connect and let the sense of warmth, vitality and togetherness deepen.

More about A.U.M:
The A.U.M. Experience offers a powerful opportunity to reconnect with yourself on a deep level. Many participants describe feeling a renewed sense of vitality, warmth and relaxation — as if they rediscover a fuller, more vibrant experience of life.
At the heart of the process is the A.U.M. Meditation (Awareness–Understanding–Meditation), a guided emotional awareness journey developed at the Osho Humaniversity in the Netherlands. The meditation leads participants through 14 distinct aspects of human experience: anger, sadness, laughter, forgiveness, love, resistance, life energy, chaos, dance, sensuality, silence, respect, recognition and sharing. Each stage is clearly structured and focuses on one emotional theme at a time, allowing you to explore your inner world in a grounded and accessible way.
The A.U.M. is also a space where everyone is free to express themselves in ways that are often censored or held back in everyday life. It is an incredibly fun and powerful social meditation that, with the support and collaboration of the group, helps each participant enter a more meditative and present state.
Throughout the process, a trained facilitator provides guidance, safety and clarity, ensuring that all interactions remain respectful and supportive. The purpose is not to “fix” anything or to perform in a certain way, but to create space for authentic expression, emotional release and deeper self‑awareness.
For many, the A.U.M. becomes a meaningful way to strengthen emotional resilience, reconnect with their own energy and meet others with greater openness and presence.
The workshop is lead by:
Alex Sarjo Deregibus:
Sarjo fell in love with Osho in 2001. He later met Veeresh, the creator of the A.U.M. meditation — and, unsurprisingly, fell in love again.
Some years later, moved by enthusiasm (and perhaps a slightly overactive imagination), he dreamed of creating a full A.U.M. degree program. When reality gently tapped him on the shoulder, he wisely opted for the official AUM Leader certification at the Osho Humaniversity instead.
Today, driven by gratitude, he leads A.U.M. and meditation camps and happily shares Osho’s vision and teachings. When facilitating, his intention is to help people experience the “joy of the heart,” just as it happened to him during a marathon with Veeresh.
Sarjo holds a Master’s degree in Communication, speaks four languages, loves animals, manga, and video games — and occasionally writes small books.
Fredrik Niclasen:
Fredrik is passionate about creating safe spaces where genuine connection can unfold — places where we can regulate our nervous system, rest into ourselves, and meet one another behind the masks with presence and trust.
He has a background in economics, but the later part of his life has been devoted to exploring the inner world, a journey that began after a serious illness in 2005.
This exploration led him to many years of studying Vedanta in Bali and India. Training in Craniosacral therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Authentic Relating, qi gong, yoga, and dance has also shaped Fredrik’s way of being and leading.
For the past four years, Fredrik has been facilitating the men’s group Manhood Malmö at Nära.
