Join us for a calming 2-hour immersion designed specifically to reset your nervous system and bring you back into your heart. Why Sacred Cacao & Sound?
We begin with a Sacred Cacao Ceremony run by our guest teacher Ewa (who has more than 10 years of experience). Cacao is a gentle plant medicine known as a "heart opener." It helps to lower cortisol, increase blood flow, and create a sense of emotional warmth and connection.
Once you are settled and relaxed, you will be bathed in the vibrations of Sound Healing. Using Tibetan singing bowls and melodic instruments, the sound frequencies work on a cellular level to reset your nervous system and quiet the mental chatter of a busy professional life. This helps to release physical tension held in the body and improve sleep quality and emotional clarity.
No experience is needed!

Ewa | Sacred Cacao Guardian
With over 10 years of experience in yoga, meditation, and sacred rituals, Ewa brings a deep, soulful presence to our circle. The sacred plant of Cacao has been a personal anchor for Ewa through life’s most challenging moments. She regularly hosts ceremonies in the Malmö/Lund area, passionate about sharing the "magic" of Cacao and guiding others toward heart-centred connection.
Ella | Sound Healer
Ella is a sound healer and yoga teacher with over 500 hours of education and experience across India and Europe. After studying the art of sound healing in Dharamshala, she now leads sound baths and yoga retreats from Malmö to Rome, and participates teaching in Swami Amlanand Yoga Ashram in Haridwar (India). Her approach is simple and grounded; she combines deep traditional practice with modern research to help people find a genuine, effective reset. She creates a space where everyone is welcome to show up exactly as they are.
