Join us for a special blindfolded Hatha yoga workshop, accompanied by the live rhythm of the drum. Without visual distractions, the other senses awaken — helping us feel the body, breath, and movement more deeply while being guided by sound and rhythm.
Daria who holds the class has over 10 years of teaching experience and guides into practice very professionally and with care.
This practice invites you to:
