April 3rd Meditative Sound Journey at The Art House

You are invited to The Arthouse (also known as Studio Apparatus) for a relaxing and restorative experience through the Magic of Sound. Lacey will be guiding you through a meditative sound experience, utilizing Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls, cosmic plate gong, and variety of chimes for maximum relaxation and release. Sound healing is supportive for the nervous system and can be helpful for those experiencing anxiety, depression, auto-immune issues, chronic pain, and more.

Singing Bowls activate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest), which is vital for ongoing health and vitality. Tuned to the natural vibrations in our body, while syncing the left and right sides of the brain, you will experience increased creativity, focus and memory, and reduced stress and anxiety.

Sound healing is a meditative experience that utilizes sound vibrations to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. You will experience calming sounds that resonate with the body's natural rhythms. Sound baths can help release energetic blockages and enhance a sense of calm. It is a non-invasive and gentle practice that can be beneficial for people of all ages.

What to bring:

· Yoga mat

· 2 Pillow(s) for extra comfort/support (I recommend one pillow for your head and one for under your knees

· Blanket and layers in case you get chilly

Parking:

There is ample free street parking and a small parking lot behind the building. Photos of the building are below for reference and you may enter through either the front or back door entrance. Doors will be locked at 6:40pm so you must arrive on time or early.
