AlpenFlow and Glow

Join us for alpenFLOW & Glow- an evening of movement, breath, and deep nervous system reset surrounded by the Galena Creek wilderness. As the sun sets, we’ll flow through a grounding yoga practice designed to help you unwind, release tension, and transition out of the busyness of the week.

We’ll close the evening with a restorative sound bath, allowing your body and mind to fully soften into stillness. Come sip, stretch, breathe, and glow with us under the Sierra sunset.
