The historic Alipore Central Jail imprisoned many key Indian freedom fighters under British rule. It closed as an active prison in February 2019 and was transformed into the Alipore Museum, a heritage site and independence memorial showcasing the sacrifices of national revolutionaries.
This is a curated walking tour from Kolkata Explorers. The tour will be led by Avijit Dhar Chowdhury.
CHARGES Rs 950 /- per person
