Led by trained medical professionals, our small-group sessions offer a relaxed, welcoming space for healing and presence. No previous experience with acupuncture is needed—just come as you are.

What to Expect

• Pins are placed only in the ears – no full-body treatment
• You remain seated comfortably throughout
• Each session lasts approximately 30–45 minutes
• Relaxing group setting designed to support healing and connection
