Sandwich Years Community Connection is a monthly gathering for people in the Sandwich Generation — those caring for aging loved ones while supporting children, careers, and their own well-being.

This welcoming space offers meaningful conversation, peer connection, and practical support. Through shared stories and facilitated discussion, participants often discover that their challenges are shared — and that connection truly lightens the load.

Each session focuses on building resilience, normalizing lived experiences, and reminding participants that they are not alone in this season of life. There is no pressure to share — listening and simply being present are always welcome.
