Healing Through Writing & Movement: A Midweek Wellness Workshop for Women

Healing Through Writing & Movement is a guided wellness workshop designed to help women pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves in a supportive and calming environment.

Through a combination of guided journaling, gentle movement, music, and relaxation techniques, participants will explore thoughts and emotions while releasing stress and creating space for clarity and renewal.

This workshop is not about being a “writer.”
It is about using writing as a tool for self-reflection, emotional release, and personal insight.

Together we will move through three simple elements of healing:

✨ Write – Guided prompts to explore thoughts, memories, and emotions
✨ Move – Gentle movement and music to reconnect with the body
✨ Reflect – Quiet moments for personal clarity and renewal

Participants will leave with practical journaling tools they can continue using in their daily lives.

This intimate workshop is intentionally kept small to create a safe, welcoming, and supportive space for women to share, reflect, and grow.
