Sound Sanctuary at Bean and Basket (Sound Bath Meditation)

Join Camille for a Sound Bath Meditation Experience.

This monthly restorative session harmonizes the soothing power of sound inviting deep relaxation and a sense of inner balance.

As soothing tones from singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments fill the space, you're invited to settle into comfort and simply be. Each vibration moves through you like a soft wave encouraging deep rest, allowing your nervous system to soften and settle.

This is a space of care, an invitation to experience peace in your own way and at your own pace.

All are welcome, no experience needed.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can start promptly.

Bring your yoga mat and anything that adds to your comfort such as

-a cozy blanket (your body may cool during meditation)

-an eye mask

-a water vessel

-a journal to capture your reflections

I am here to gently guide and support you. You are always in control of your own experience. When daily stress and responsibilities ease, even briefly, your body has more space to rest and reset.

Radiant greetings, I’m Camille, the essence behind Cenèji. I’m a Registered Reiki Master Practitioner, Sonic Meditation Facilitator, and Registered Nurse.

I hold space for all to reconnect with their inner magic through grounding, restorative sound experiences. Each session is created as an inviting container where participants can soften, unwind, and explore deep relaxation through the gentle power of vibrational sound.

Honouring the diverse cultural origins of the modalities I integrate, I craft experiences that encourage meaningful shifts, ease stress, and support a sense of balance in a nourishing way.
