¡Olé! Celebrate National Margarita Day with a South-of-the-Border feast that’ll have you feeling like you’re on a fiesta in Mexico. We’ll start with Beef and Cheese Empanadas, where you’ll learn how to make these golden, crispy pockets stuffed with savory beef and melted cheese. Then, we’ll toss together a vibrant Mexican Street Corn Salad, combining sweet corn, a creamy dressing, and a sprinkle of chili powder that’ll transport your taste buds straight to a bustling Mexican mercado. For dessert, you’ll bake up some delicate Mexican Wedding Cookies, the sweet, buttery treat that’s impossible to resist. And of course, no Margarita Day celebration is complete without a margarita in hand!
