About this Event
Join the Heart Comonos community in a guided Active Meditation session with the amazing Kannan Gopal.
Active Meditation is a dynamic form of meditation that involves movement, breath, and awareness. It helps release stored deep emotions and unlocks energy centres in the body, making it easier to enter into a calm and peaceful state.
These techniques are designed to release physical and emotional stress, calm the nervous system and quiet the mind, create space for clarity, presence, and inner balance.
Who is our facilitator, Kannan?
My name is Kannan Gopal, and I am a certified teacher of Active Meditation. I have been a dedicated practitioner for over a decade, training with respected teachers in India, Bali, and other spiritual communities around the world. My foundational learning is rooted in the teachings of Maitreya, and my journey continues to be guided by my guru Mahatria, the founder of Infinitheism.
Each year, I renew and deepen my practice through an 8-day silent meditation pilgrimage, allowing me to stay connected, grounded, and inspired. These practices have brought immense clarity and balance to my life, and it is my heart felt purpose to share them in a way that is accessible, inclusive, and transformative for others.
I hold a formal certification in this meditation method, equipping me to guide sessions safely, effectively, and with care.
