Summer is grilling season, and there's no better way to celebrate than with an evening of smoky flavors, fresh ingredients, and backyard cookout favorites. In this hands-on class, you'll learn techniques for creating perfectly grilled meats, vegetables, and sides that are guaranteed to impress at your next barbecue.
Our chef will guide you through mastering grill temperatures, building bold flavor with marinades and sauces, and achieving that perfect flame-kissed finish. From savory starters to a sweet, smoky dessert, every dish highlights the best flavors of summer.
Whether you're new to grilling or looking to sharpen your backyard BBQ skills, you'll leave with plenty of recipes, techniques, and confidence to make every cookout unforgettable.
