From the Pacific coast of Peru to the steakhouses of Chile, the hearty comfort foods of Brazil, and the sweet treats of Argentina, you'll experience a delicious taste of each region—all in one evening.
In this hands-on class, our chef will guide you through preparing authentic dishes inspired by local traditions while sharing the techniques and stories behind each recipe. You'll discover how indigenous ingredients and European influences have blended together to create the vibrant cuisines of South America.
Whether you're a seasoned traveler or simply love trying new flavors, this class is the perfect way to expand your culinary horizons.

• Peru: Causa de Camarones (Layered Potatoes with Shrimp, Avocado & Fresh Cheese)
• Chile: Churrasco con Pebre Salsa (Grilled Spice-Rubbed Flank Steak with Fresh Herb & Tomato Sauce)
• Brazil: Feijoada (Black Bean & Vegetable Stew)
• Argentina: Chocotorta (Chocolate & Dulce de Leche Layered Dessert)
