Grab your friends and escape to the sun-soaked shores of Baja for a flavor-packed culinary getaway. In this hands-on cooking class, you'll explore the bright, coastal side of Mexican cuisine with fresh seafood, vibrant produce, zesty citrus, and homemade tortillas that capture the spirit of beachside dining.

Our chef will guide you step-by-step through preparing a menu inspired by the colorful flavors of Baja, sharing techniques for making fresh tortillas from scratch, balancing bold salsas and sauces, and creating dishes that are both fresh and satisfying.

Whether you're dreaming of a seaside vacation or simply looking to add new flavors to your kitchen, this class is the perfect way to bring a taste of the coast home.
