5 Elements Sound Meditation Series | Earth
This late fall through winter, join us on the third Thursday of each month for a transformative Sound Meditation Series inspired by the Five Element Theory. Over five consecutive sessions, we’ll explore the energetic vibrations of each element—inviting their resonance to align with your deepest intentions.
Guided by Lori, each meditation will be a fully immersive experience, with every detail thoughtfully crafted from elemental essences—from the crystal grid and altar to the light, instruments, sound, silence, and stillness.

Instructor Bio: Lori Stahl is a Vibrational Sound Therapist. She is a certified practitioner of Biofield Tuning and Vibrational Sound Therapy certified by the Vibrational Sound Association and VFRT (vibrational fascia release technique) certified by the NEHC Academy. She is also honored to be a student of Dr. John Beaulieu, one of the foremost philosophers and major innovators in the area of sound healing therapies.
Reminder: The meditation starts promptly at 7:00 pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to find your space and get settled. The doors lock at 7:00 pm sharp. Also, please bring things to help you be comfortable during the one-hour sound meditation. We suggest a mat, pillows, blankets, eye mask, etc.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the start of class will receive a full refund.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time, or for no-shows.
Class tickets are NOT transferable unless you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
