FRIDAY: GYM-DAY HUSTLE
March 13 | 5PM – 9PM
This isn’t just a warm-up. This is where the shift begins. Friday night activates your body and your mindset with a performance baseline so you walk into Saturday dialed in — not guessing.
SATURDAY: MAIN EVENT TRAINING
March 14 | 8AM – 4PM | Lunch Provided
Saturday is the championship grind. Warm up, then rotate through three stations (Fitness Conditioning, Boxing, Full Body Stretch). After lunch: wraps, gloves, bag education, partner drills, agility, and Q&A to close strong.
SUNDAY: MINI-CONFERENCE
March 15 | 12PM – 4PM
Sunday is the mindset shift. We slow the punches down and strengthen the base — body structure, nutrition, and performance support — so your results don’t just look good for a weekend… they last.
Three expert speakers. One purpose: protect the foundation that powers elite performance. This is where you learn how champions stay strong, aligned, fueled, and durable.
NO REFUNDS - If host cancels the event, admission will go towards a future conference or sessinons/services offered at the gym.
