Start your mornings with a full-body, sumo-inspired workout designed to build strength, endurance, and athletic conditioning. Sunrise Sumo Circuit blends dynamic bodyweight and conditioning drills to keep you moving, sweating, and growing stronger. All fitness levels welcome.

What to Bring: Water+Towel+Mat (Optional. We will be on grass.)
