Welcome to the first installment of our transformative 9-month movement series. We are beginning this journey with 1. CARVE—a dedicated space to move with intentionality and nurture the self. After the soulful energy of our Soultice session, we are returning to the floor to find our flow, embrace our personal transformations, and literally carve our dreams into existence.

This isn't just a dance class; it's an inclusive gathering designed to bring together an active community for meaningful movement and deep connection. Whether you are a seasoned mover or just beginning to explore your body’s capabilities, this meet-up is for you.
